We champion mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health & wellbeing of adults raising children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with or without a formal diagnosis.
A parent-led community for SEND families
SENDsational Families CIC is a parent-led, community-driven organisation for SEND families in Northamptonshire.
Combining lived experience with professional expertise in healthcare and education, we offer inclusive spaces that prioritise Wellbeing, encourage Empowerment and strengthen Community.
Our approach is positive and uplifting, centred on potential, possibility and celebrating each family’s unique journey.
Wellbeing.
Empowerment.
Community.
At SENDsational Families CIC, we take a whole-family approach to wellbeing, recognising the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of SEND families.
Through our unique blend of indoor Wellbeing Workshops, outdoor Wild Wellbeing and online Worldwide Workshops, we create inclusive opportunities for connection, reflection and growth.
Whether in a calm indoor space, immersed in nature, or joining us online, families are welcomed into experiences that nurture Wellbeing, Empower positive change and strengthen Community — always focusing on what’s possible, not what’s lacking.
Together We Are Stronger
Community sits at the heart of everything we do at SENDsational Families CIC.
We believe deeply that together we are stronger, and that meaningful change happens when people, organisations and ideas come together with shared purpose.
Our work is recognised and championed by ethical memberships, voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs), schools and businesses, and we are proud to have received funding from both local and national organisations.
Collaboration is central to our ethos. We love working alongside like-minded, values-driven groups and businesses who share our commitment to Wellbeing, Empowerment and Community.
If you’re passionate about creating inclusive, uplifting experiences and would like to build something truly special for Northamptonshire, we would love to connect and explore what’s possible together.
